Standard specification includes the following: -

• Insulation: 10cm mineral wool in the walls, floor and ceiling
• Standard window dimensions: 80x90cm, 120x100cm, 200x100cm, 50x60cm, 53x86cm, 50x140cm
• Anti-burglary entrance door
• Pre-installation for electric, water and sewage
• Kitchenette: upper cabinets, lower cabinets, steel sink with a battery
• Bedroom: double/single/bunk wooden bed with mattress, bedside table, wardrobe
• Bathroom: semi-circular shower cabin 80x80cm, shower mixer + slider with hand shower, compact toilet, standing cabinet with a washbasin and mixer tap, mirror cabinet, electric boiler
